As well as network performance and availability, the SLAs establish a schedule for on-site visits and the level of technical support you require.

24x7 Telephone Support 

The Datasat Network Operations Centre (NOC) at our UK Teleport is staffed day and night, 365 days a year by qualified engineers. We are always available to answer your network queries and immediately address early any issues that arise. Where a customer holds spares on site, we work closely with their engineers to ensure any in-house maintenance or repairs are conducted to our high standards.

On-site technical support 

We maintain customer sites on a proactive basis around the globe.  Service visits can be arranged at six monthly intervals for high risk areas or annually for low risk or non-critical applications. Maintenance visits are scheduled to ensure minimum distruption and maximum efficiency.

Remote system management and upgrades 

All Datasat customer sites are remotely manageable from anywhere in the world by telephone or Internet connection. Our Network Management Software can control 100% of hardware within your network, including IT equipment, power back-up and environmental alarms. In addition, we can automatically provide system and application upgrades across your entire network without service disruption.

Preventative maintenance plans 

As part of our commitment to high quality customer service, we provide bespoke Preventative Maintenance Plans based to your exact requirements. The goal is to ensure that your network always operates at peak performance. Should an emergency occur however, you will receive the highest priority until the issue is resolved.
