Datasat is one of the few independent satellite service providers to own its own Teleport locations. Based in the UK and Australia, our Teleports deliver highly available satellite connection as well as Tier 1 access to the Internet backbone, the worldwide PSTN and a range of international and terrestrial carriers.
Overview
Delivering virtually global coverage, our Teleports allows us to control and manage client networks in over 130 countries worldwide. At the core of our Teleport services is the exclusively developed Datasat Network Operations Centre (NOC) that allows us to remotely monitor and manage client locations from anywhere in the world. Our extensive management facilities can control 100% of hardware within a client network, including IT equipment, power back-up and environmental alarms. In this way, we can highlight issues early and, where necessary, take remedial action to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted service.
